You should drive southward on the road N332 to reach Alicante city center from the airport. This road is quite enjoyable since it offers a fantastic sea view during the travel. If you don’t want to use the car yourself or you don’t have an international driver's license, you can rent a car with a driver from AeroCity which you find on the first floor of the airport.
Bus
Yellow C-6 buses, which depart from the airport every 20 minutes, pass through all important points of the city including the central railway station. The buses operate from 06:00 am to 11:00 pm. One-way ticket price is 3.85 Euro and you can buy the ticket from the driver. Those travelling to Elche and Torrellano region can get on the bus route 1A and passengers going to Arenales del Sol region can get on the bus route 1B. Ticket price of these routes are 1.50 Euro. Passengers travelling to more distant regions can use the green Intercity bus routes.
