Metro

It is possible to get to Parnell Square and O'Connell in the city center by the metro line called "Northern Metro" from the airport.

The metro which departs from the ground floor of the airport terminals reaches the station in Parnell Square and O’Connell/Abbey St. stations in O'Connell in half an hour. The buses departing from the Parnell Square, which is a big park, provide transportation service to all parts of the city as well as they offer transfer option to the rail system lines, especially to the south and east lines, through the metro stations.

Airport Buses

Dublin Airport, which is the most important airport in the Republic of Ireland, is also the busiest airport in Ireland together with Belfast Airport. There are 8 car rental offices at the airport. You can rent a car from these car rental offices, three of which operate on pre-booking system. Once you rent a car, all you need to do is to take the Swords Road to reach the city center. Then you should drive through the Coolock road and take the "City Center – Dublin Port" turning and head to Parnell Square. This road will lead you directly to O'Connell.
