Transportation to Bandirma City Center from Airport
Bandırma Airport
Ataturk Airport, which is located in Istanbul, is being used for air transportation to Bandırma, one of the most beautiful holiday resorts in Marmara Region. It takes about 3 hours to get to the center of Bandırma from İstanbul Atatürk Airport.
You can get to Yenikapı by metro which you can take from the airport and you can easily reach to the center by transferring to Bandırma ferries here. You can reach to Bandırma from the airport by rental cars, private vehicles and passenger services besides the metro and ferry. Taxis can be an alternative for this trip, but taking a taxi would be costly because of the distance between.
The most practical and time-saving method is to transfer to the ferry after metro. If you prefer a more comfortable journey, you have a chance to use the private passenger services.
Metro
In order to continue your journey towards Bandırma after you arrive at Istanbul Atatürk Airport, you must first transfer to the metro, which has a direct connection with the airport terminal.
