To reach Tribhuvan International Airport from Kathmandu city center, you can rent a taxi or use the airport shuttle service. Palanga International Airport, located close to the Baltic Sea, is located 7 kilometers away from Palanga city center. From the airport to the city center, it is possible to take a bus, taxi or car rental option. You can reach the city center in 15-20 minutes at the latest.
Bus
The most practical and economical way to reach the city center from Palanga airport is, of course, to use city buses. When you arrive at the airport, get out of the terminal and you will encounter multiple bus stops. Then you can reach the city center in 10 minutes and Klaipeda in 35 minutes if you catch the bus number 100. The fare for the bus number 100 that you can take from Klaipeda bus stop outside the terminal is only 0.70 Euros. But, the passengers who will go to Klapieda have to buy the ticket that costs 2 Euro.
